Job Description
  • Lead a team of reporters, photographers, and editors to produce high-quality content;
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including police and emergency services, local councils, and community groups;
  • Identify newsworthy stories through established relationships and media sources;
  • Manage breaking news situations by coordinating with the news team and responding to phone calls;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth content delivery;
  • Record and transcribe interviews accurately using digital equipment;
  • Produce engaging content for our radio broadcast;
  • Provide live coverage of significant events.
