Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in developing complex web-based applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for independently managing junior programmers and web designers, and building core web applications using PHP and LAMP.

Our ideal candidate is someone who excels in creating innovative solutions, has excellent leadership skills, and can work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing complex LAMP Applications with experience in AJAX, Perl, HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript.
  • Integration experience through using interfaces to connect using XML, CURL, VXML, etc.
  • Deploying CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, WordPress with complete knowledge and deployment experience.
  • Utilizing open source codes for building ERP, CRM, BI applications like OS Commerce, SugarCRM, VTiger, Web ERP, or Social Network Open Source like Boonex Dolphin, etc.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently from home without much supervision, following strict instructions delivered by the project manager.
  • Providing at least two references that guarantee your character, attitude, loyalty, and skills to work with us.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and excellent communication skills to work with our global team in the USA, Canada, Russia, and Ukraine.
  • Ease of understanding and talking in English.
  • Provisioning of reliable Internet, Hardware, and necessary Software of your own.
