
Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to support our business growth.
Main Accountabilities:
- Establish Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Production Planning and Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Order Progress Monitoring: Monitor production schedules and track order progress.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Product Development and Sourcing Support: Assist in product development and sourcing new suppliers.
- Sales Performance Analysis and Market Insights: Analyze sales reports and market data to inform business decisions.
- Supplier Negotiations and Price Management: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Inventory Management and Control: Manage product samples and keep track of inventory.
- Marketing Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop marketing strategies.
- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Merchandising Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Textiles industry.
- Towel Manufacturing Expertise and Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of towel manufacturing and production processes.
- Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-Motivation, Independence, and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills and Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail and Focus on Accuracy and Quality: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of Market Trends and Customer Preferences: Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
