Job Title:

Sr. Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development, including at least 2 years of managing projects using Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate closely with customers and prospects to gather and define project requirements.
  • Take complete ownership for all communication, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
  • Set clear expectations early, being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application projects.
  • Implement Agile-based methodologies to ensure quality delivery of projects within allocated timelines.
  • Lead teams with an agile mindset by transferring company culture and values to junior resources.
  • Manage and lead teams of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  • Assign tasks to the team and ensure implementation as per project requirements.
  • Manage multiple tasks at once and use innovative management techniques.
  • Coach and mentor software development teams.
  • Collaborate with all project delivery teams with one unified approach.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of software development work experience with 1 to 2 years in the capacity of Project/Development Manager/Lead.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing projects using Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Good programming and analytical concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
