  • You'll implement AI-driven product engagement strategies, maximizing user adoption and unlocking upsell opportunities.
Your Expertise
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, with a strong focus on driving retention and growth in B2B software.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, demonstrating ability to leverage AI in practical business scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating AI-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies in customer success.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a remote workplace, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
