Customer Support Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide prompt and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Uphold a customer-first approach with patience and empathy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Good listening skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience will be a plus point.
- Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Details
- Timings: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Salary: PKR 40,000 basic + PKR 5,000 per approved sale.
- This role offers a competitive remuneration package that includes a basic salary and incentives for meeting sales targets.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in customer support and work in a fast-paced environment.
