About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Leader to oversee our global network security platform in APAC. As a key leader, you will evaluate processes regularly to optimize efficiency and identify areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of network security engineers in supporting all network security infrastructure and services 24/7, resolving requests and trouble tickets within SLA timeframes.
  • Analyze root causes of network security outages and implement remediation steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Prioritize tasks across teams based on business criticalities and adapt to ad-hoc assignments from senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to team standards and procedures, both technically and functionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with user communities, peers, and management.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in system administration in an enterprise network security production environment.
  • Leadership experience, either in a technical team or projects.
  • Expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls and management platforms.
  • Process-oriented manager with strong execution and follow-through skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize self and team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours.
  • Strong team player with self-motivation and desire to improve infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Participation in management on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
  • Minimal travel expected for this position.
  • Licence to work in India.
