Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Estate Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning land acquisition activities, coordinating with planning and development teams, and ensuring the timely completion of land acquisition and clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning land acquisition activities, including coordination with government officials and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with planning and development teams to ensure the necessary documents are obtained prior to commencement of land acquisition process.
  • Collect and verify documents, including drawings, pipeline length and route, and installation of markers on proposed pipeline route/right of way.
  • Participate in preliminary surveys undertaken for the purpose of land acquisition.
  • Determine accurate damages to owners' properties within the Right of Way and negotiate compensation amounts.
  • Issue notifications in respect of land to be acquired and supervise land acquisition and clearance process.
  • Ensure safe storage of real estate documents, including records of lease and mutation documents.
  • Participate in land purchase for establishing regional offices or administrative units.
  • Verify issuance of related notifications to land department and Commissioner.
  • Resolve land-related problems during construction activities.
  • Identify and assess risks under management/ownership and develop risk response strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills, with experience in land acquisition and estate management. A law graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years bar enrollment is preferred.
