Job Description

The Team Lead for International Operations will oversee a diverse team working across various global markets. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with our company's global objectives.

This position involves leadership and team management responsibilities, including leading and motivating a cross-functional team to achieve performance targets, conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members, and setting clear performance metrics and monitoring progress.

Additionally, this role requires strategic planning, project coordination, and cultural competence. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with senior management to develop and implement international strategies, identify market trends and opportunities for growth in different regions, and foster an inclusive team environment that respects diverse cultures and perspectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in BPO industry. They should also have a strong understanding of global markets and cultural dynamics, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work in a night shift (Monday to Friday) in the US time zone.
