Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Workday HCM platform
  • Assist with project management initiatives, optimization of the platform and continuous improvement of processes
  • Improve adoption rate and ensure data quality and governance

The role requires a hands-on practitioner in Workday, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project requirements, document solutions and create process workflows.

The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to customer service, is proactive and adaptable, and has experience in People Operations, HRIS or a similar role.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • 2+ years of Workday experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
