About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize website content and SEO to improve organic traffic and conversions.">
  • Oversee and align Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and property portal campaigns for lead generation.">
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property investments, events, and webinars.">
  • Create and manage engaging content (blogs, emails, videos) tailored to landlords and agents.">
  • Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance engagement.">
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, ensuring goals (ROI & KPIs) are met.">
  • Identify industry trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.">
  • Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests for continuous improvement.">
  • Work with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.">
  • Expertise in PPC, Google Ads, META ads, and budgeting.">
  • Strong knowledge of Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and modern Google Ad Structures.">
  • Email marketing expertise and organic traffic strategies.">
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email, and social media advertising.">
  • Ability to create engaging digital campaigns that inform and motivate.">
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.">
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.">
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments with large lead volumes.">
