Nurse's Aide

We are seeking a Patient Support Worker to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Assisting patients with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding;
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals;
• Supporting patients' mobility and transfer needs;
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks;
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients.
