Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical operations team, ensuring seamless network monitoring, fault management, and resolution of technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Huawei, ZTE, and Nokia RAN equipment, as well as excellent knowledge of RAN technologies, network topologies, and call flows. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the technical operations team, including planning, coordination, and execution of network maintenance and upgrades. They will also be responsible for providing input to the development of procedures and policies related to technical operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecom/Computer Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, with a focus on RAN equipment and technology
  • Hands-on experience with Huawei, ZTE, and Nokia RAN equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of RAN technologies, network topologies, and call flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
