Commercial Manager">

At the forefront of intelligent electrical power transmission and distribution, we seek a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial and financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Order Acquisition: Collaborate in commercial discussions, analyze customer requirements, review contract conditions, assess feasibility, and ensure proper booking and recognition of orders.
  2. Order Execution: Prepare and monitor monthly revenue plans, guarantee orders are clean, clear, and deliverable.
  3. Receivable / Customer Management: Review receivables, plan collections, minimize overdue payments, follow-up on debts, reconcile accounts, and manage credit blocks and bank guarantees.
  4. MIS Analysis: Prepare monthly business reports, analyze order income, revenue, costs, and ensure transparency for management decisions.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and report commercial risks, create provisions, and ensure liabilities are covered.
  6. Audits: Prepare for audits, coordinate with auditors, rectify internal control deficiencies, and ensure compliance.
  7. Process Improvement: Enhance processes through automation, monitor accuracy and transparency of published MIS data.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (mandatory), preferably MBA Finance or CA/ICWA Inter.
  • 3-5 years experience in accounting, commercial functions, sales processes, or customer negotiations.
  • Knowledge of finance, controlling, sales process, tax rules, guarantees, and contract terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Ability to travel, fluency in English, strong customer orientation.
  • Performance-driven, analytical, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently within scope.
