  • We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with experience with outbound sales tools, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify high-potential leads through various channels.
  2. Develop targeted outreach campaigns based on ideal customer profiles.
  3. Manage and optimize sequencing tools for scalable outreach.
  4. Conduct initial discovery calls to assess qualification fit.
  5. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and content strategy.
  6. Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM systems.
  7. Share insights on lead quality and market trends with leadership.
  8. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new sales development representatives.
  9. Continuously test and improve outreach cadences and email content.
