">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to drive revenue growth by generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Contact potential customers via phone to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of call activity to achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is also desired.
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will be based in an office environment with a fast-paced atmosphere and performance-based incentives.
