Punjab Telemedicine Specialist

The role of the Telemedicine Model Specialist will involve driving the implementation of an integrated telemedicine system in Punjab, Pakistan. This specialist will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with provincial and national health reform priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing telemedicine initiatives in various regions of Pakistan.
- Developing a scalable model for telemedicine implementation, taking into account infrastructural, regulatory, and human resource needs across the province.
- Establishing performance indicators aligned with provincial and national health metrics to inform future implementation.
- Recommending digital dashboard enhancements and integration options with Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees in healthcare management or related fields, as well as extensive experience in health policy and systems strengthening.
This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
