We seek a highly skilled HR Professional to spearhead our company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic HR Plans: Create and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organization's vision, fostering growth and success.
  2. Lead Recruitment Efforts: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees, promoting a positive work culture.
  3. Manage Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative work environment by managing employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
  4. Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and support to management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  5. Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations, guaranteeing a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Professional or similar role, demonstrating expertise in HR functions and best practices.
  2. Strong Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Remote Work Expertise: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, leveraging technology to stay connected and productive.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
