Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (International Markets)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to lead the visual identity and design execution across digital and physical brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and artistic expertise, contributing significantly to brand positioning in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Execution: Design static and animated assets for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, email marketing, and website (Shopify) banners.
  • Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Develop in-store branding materials such as posters, displays, and packaging (bags, boxes, cards).
  • Lead seasonal campaign design for both retail and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update brand templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and social media teams.
Strategic Brand Development
  • Work alongside senior leadership to evolve brand identity and visual language for international markets.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation for markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Conduct visual research and develop storytelling themes for product launches and seasonal drops.
  • Provide creative direction for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
  • Stay updated with global design and fashion trends to position the brand competitively.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in a senior design role within a creative or fashion-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing for social media and performance marketing, UI/UX for web and mobile platforms, and executing integrated creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong visual storytelling capability.
  • Must share an updated portfolio link (e.g., Behance or personal website) with the application.
  • Willingness to complete a design task as part of the evaluation process.
