Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Content Strategist to develop engaging content across digital platforms. This role involves creating compelling written, visual, and video content that enhances brand presence, increases audience engagement, and drives business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns that captivates the target audience.
  • Develop strategic storytelling that aligns with brand voice and resonates with audience interests.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and viral content ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
  • Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Write captivating captions, posts, and descriptions optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve online visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and optimize results.
Video & Visual Content Creation:
  • Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips that tell compelling stories and showcase brand personality.
  • Design eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visually appealing visuals.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visuals that exceed expectations.
Brand Growth & Community Engagement:
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community that feels connected to the brand.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness, driving meaningful interactions and loyalty.
  • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to collaborate on content and amplify brand reach.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a proven track record of success.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills that bring brands to life.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software to produce high-quality content.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency.

Preferred Skills:

Basic photography and videography skills to capture unique perspectives.
Experience in podcasting or live streaming to expand brand reach and engage new audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
