As a key member of our team, the successful Campaign Manager will lead the execution of our promotional and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning, effective project management, and meticulous performance tracking.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
1. Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals are met and all stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities.
Project Management:
1. Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and all stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities.
2. Monitor and track key performance metrics, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
Performance Tracking:
1. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in managing successful e-commerce campaigns, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
