About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to fill our Solutions Architect position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, production-grade systems that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Solution Architects at our company work closely with senior engineers to guide them through complex challenges and ensure system reliability. They possess deep expertise in Node.js, AWS, and modern frontend frameworks, and are able to shape technical architecture to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Develop software features within the system, such as data processing pipelines and messaging architectures.
  • Implement scalable solutions that can handle increased loads without compromising performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of production-level experience in software development, focusing on backend technologies like Node.js and frontend technologies like React.js.
  • Expertise in Node.js, AWS, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide senior engineers and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
