Public Sector Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Public Sector Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our regional MESA team, you will work closely with senior government officials to support the delivery of public services that drive meaningful impact for citizens and residents.

This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in public sector implementation to make a lasting difference. You will be responsible for developing and implementing delivery plans that align with government priorities, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise government agencies on strategic planning and delivery of public services
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build capacity and ensure effective implementation
  • Support problem-solving and continuous improvement within projects
  • Engage in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. public administration, international development, management)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in public sector implementation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Urdu
