The Team Leader, Analytical position is responsible for delivering high-quality analytical testing results in support of production requirements for Colgate-Palmolive India operations. The successful candidate will report directly into the Regional Lab Lead - Global Supply Chain.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate equipment functionality and standardize procedures.
• Implement lab testing expectations in mini-laboratories.
• Maintain data integrity and provide analytical support for formula validation and manufacturing process optimization.
• Coordinate activities for corporate programs.
• Lead the implementation of new methodologies, technologies, and sophisticated equipment while adhering to global technology requirements.
• Train analysts in methods and procedures where qualified or experienced.
