Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls from other carrier groups regarding insurance coverage inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather eligibility information online from various insurance carriers.
  • Collaborate closely with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to facilitate seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Secure referrals and authorizations as required for procedures and services.
