About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing efforts forward. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies - Create comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, incorporating market research and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Initiatives - Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Sponsor Content Creation - Supervise and oversee content development and distribution across various channels.
  • Analyze Data to Inform Decisions - Conduct market research and analyze data according to marketing strategies, track campaign effectiveness, and continuously implement methods to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Resources Effectively - Manage the allocation of resources, ensuring effective use of budget.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrative managers, and other stakeholders to achieve business and market objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends - Remain current with the latest healthcare marketing trends, current healthcare practices, and customer requirements.
  • Bring Innovative Ideas - Maintain and enhance a progressive mindset in accordance with brand reputation and be capable of working with unconventional approaches.
  • Design Patient Engagement Strategies - Design and implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Track Performance - Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively Manage Campaigns - Manage inaugurations, launches, and other marketing campaigns through digital and conventional marketing.
  • Maintain Brand Identity - Ensure brand consistency across all communications platforms.
