**UK Project Manager Position**

This exciting role involves managing client expectations, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of data analytics projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects for UK-based clients and implementing best practices within a new team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Develop project plans with clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage timesheets and oversee team productivity.

Implement Best Practices

  • Introduce and establish project management best practices and workflows.
  • Implement and manage project management tools to streamline processes and improve team collaboration.
  • Evaluate and refine operational procedures to support the team's growth and success.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts as needed.

Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications include:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

Demonstrated ability to implement project management best practices and tools effectively.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience managing teams, tracking productivity metrics, and handling timesheets management.

A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to various aspects of the business.
