About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase conversions and ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure consistent delivery and maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS to inform campaign decisions.
  • Test creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to maintain lead quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent English language skills (B1–B2 or higher).
  • Reliable internet connection.
