This role involves ensuring 24/7 platform operations, including on-call support and incident response. You will also build and evolve AI agents that automate scaling, recovery, and diagnostics through control-plane patterns and event-driven logic. Additionally, you will manage multi-cloud infrastructure, including serverless, through declarative, automated workflows.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Linux fundamentals and experience with cloud platforms (AWS primary) and Google Cloud Platform (bonus), including cost optimizations, containerization, networking, storage, VPC peering, IAM, and related services. They should also have hands-on experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Proficiency in Python, Go, or other languages is required, with a willingness to learn Go if not already familiar.

Experience with or strong interest in building AI agents and workflow automation is essential, with a commitment to learning if needed.
