Senior Front-end Software Development Lead

This is a demanding leadership position that requires an exceptionally skilled and experienced front-end software developer to oversee the development of mobile client applications for various software platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Write high-quality code, unit tests, and collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Tune code for enhanced security and performance, utilizing expertise in rendering components with Native APIs.
  • Maintain systems by fixing issues and updating issue tracking software, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions, upgrade skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the development team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • 8-12 years of related experience in a professional industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Highly proficient in Typescript, GraphQL database, and REST APIs, with experience working with Swift, Kotlin, Objective C, or Java.
  • Excellent programming and analytical skills, with knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-platform compatible code, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration tools like Github, JIRA, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
