Sales Area Manager Job Description

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives across multiple cities to drive market dominance and revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular field visits and create compelling pitches and sales strategies for existing products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to consult, coach, and monitor their activity, ensuring they meet company targets individually and as a team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for PakWheels.com by attending auto-related events to promote the company's brands through various channels.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a related field such as business or management.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field salespeople, with a proven track record of meeting company targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
