About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results and maximizing ROI. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Identify key target audiences, market segments, and digital channels to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, creative development, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Oversee paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), display advertising, and other relevant channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of planning and managing successful campaigns that delivered measurable results.
- Digital advertising expertise, including proficiency in managing paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance-based digital channels.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Marketing tools experience, including analytics platforms and A/B testing tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
