Tour Planning Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Tour Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality unit, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating tours to popular destinations in Pakistan.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates interested in the tourism industry to gain valuable experience and build their skills in tour management.

  1. Develop and implement tour itineraries that cater to client preferences and requirements.
  2. Maintain effective communication with hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and drive business growth.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Detailed knowledge of the tourism industry and popular destinations in Pakistan, including cultural and historical sites.
  4. Fluency in English and Urdu languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
