Front End Manager Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Front End/WordPress Manager to transform PSD designs into professional WordPress themes. Ideal candidates possess in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, and WordPress customization.

The selected candidate must have a strong ability to write clean, efficient, and W3C validated code. Achieving excellent Google PageSpeed scores is also a priority.

Besides technical expertise, the ideal candidate should be able to work independently without requiring micromanagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with WordPress.
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress including bug fixing, custom post types, and advanced custom fields.
  • Ability to create themes from scratch and convert HTML into WordPress themes.
  • Experience in building custom themes from HTML.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong proficiency in converting pixel-perfect PSD designs into HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of W3C standards and ability to achieve high PageSpeed scores.
