Warehouse Associate

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels by accurately tracking, logging, and monitoring stock quantities.
  • Verify material receipts, inspect for damages, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Issue materials as per requirements and assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse team members, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities include Inventory Management, Receiving Materials, Issuance of Materials, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse Organization, Stock Control, Stock Audit, Reporting & Documentation, and Collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments, proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS), physical stamina and ability to lift or move products as required, and passion for luxury fashion and commitment to upholding brand standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least intermediate or a relevant qualification in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector, is advantageous but not essential.
