Full Stack Developer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack Developer to join our organization. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end modern web applications using various technologies such as Node.js, Express, Django, React, Next.js, React Native, and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive UIs with React / Next.js, React Native, and Tailwind CSS (or similar frameworks).
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create efficient and scalable applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that meets high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure the highest level of excellence in development.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (internships count) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Hands-on experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Express, or Django, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including database design, normalization, and query optimization.
  • Comfortable with Git, version control, and basic CI/CD workflows, with a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
