Real Estate Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Staff member to join our team at 4 Star Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects and driving sales through effective engagement strategies.

1. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, providing detailed information about our properties and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our properties, conduct presentations and property tours for potential clients, and drive sales growth.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales activities and client interactions, providing insights on market trends and customer preferences to inform future sales strategies.
