Earth Compaction Operator

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate roller compactors and ensure the compaction of soil, asphalt, and other materials in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect the roller compactor before and after operations to guarantee its proper working condition.
• Monitor compaction levels during operations and adjust settings as needed to achieve desired results.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating parts to ensure the smooth functioning of the machine.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in operating different types of roller compactors including smooth drum, padfoot, and tandem rollers.
• A strong understanding of soil types, compaction techniques, and materials.
• The ability to identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in the equipment.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines for operating heavy machinery in industrial and mining environments.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours in outdoor and remote conditions.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
