Visual Effects Specialist

We are a forward-thinking team seeking a skilled Visual Effects Specialist to bring our 3D products to life. As a key member of our creative team, you will apply your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation to create captivating and realistic visual effects, incorporating VFX, simulations, and particle effects.
Responsibilities:
- Model, texture, and animate 3D environments, characters, and props based on concept art, references, or specific requirements.
- Develop complex animations using keyframe animation, motion capture, and procedural techniques.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to ensure artistic and technical goals are met while maintaining project deadlines.
- Test and debug 3D models, animations, and their implementation to ensure seamless integration into real-time or offline rendering systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and techniques in 3D modeling and animation, contributing to the development of new tools, workflows, and pipeline improvements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation through a strong portfolio showcasing realistic environments and animations.
- Have experience working with industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, or equivalent.
- Show a solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and movement.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Show a strong attention to detail and ability to match artistic vision and style.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in resolving technical issues related to 3D modeling, animation, and their integration into real-time or offline rendering systems.
- Show passion for exploring new techniques and tools in 3D modeling and animation.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
