Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and strong relationships with architects and contractors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships from initial site measurements to project completion. This includes overseeing verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, addressing client complaints effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships from initial site measurements to project completion.
  • Oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes.
  • Address client complaints effectively.
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same industry or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Knowledge of kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in design software like CAD, SketchUp, etc.
