SEO Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Strategy Lead to develop and execute effective SEO strategies for large-scale websites. The successful candidate will drive significant organic traffic growth through programmatic SEO efforts and technical optimizations.

About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is to increase search engine rankings, optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking, and maximize organic visibility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic SEO, keyword research, and competitive analysis, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Develop and execute programmatic SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and boost organic traffic.
  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits using advanced tools and analyze crawl data to identify complex SEO issues.
  • Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO recommendations and monitor performance metrics such as organic traffic growth, ranking improvements, CTR, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute programmatic SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and boost organic traffic.
  2. Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog and other advanced tools.
  3. Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  5. Monitor SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic growth, ranking improvements, CTR, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of proven SEO experience with strong expertise in programmatic SEO.
  • Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, and backlink analysis tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience managing SEO for large-scale .NET-based websites with millions of pages.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills focused on driving organic growth.
