Job Title: Art Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative visual solutions that meet client expectations, while leading the creative art team to produce innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in all aspects of advertising agency operations, including conceptualization, design, and project management.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Freehand, and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of design software and tools.
  • Able to conceptualize and design within tight deadlines, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Effective team player, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven visual solutions.
  2. A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and creative thinking.
  3. A portfolio showcasing your creative expertise and ability to deliver high-quality visual solutions.
  4. Excellent understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior, with a keen eye for detail and analysis.
