Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System across Clinical and Non-Clinical Departments.
  • Conduct regular Quality Rounds and Weekly Check List Rounds to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads, Assistant Managers, and Deputy Managers to plan and prioritize departmental tasks.
  • Establish and manage Internal Audit schedules to ensure timely evaluations of departmental processes.
  • Manage and maintain databases related to the quality system.
  • Assign and monitor tasks for QA officers to ensure seamless execution of quality-related initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A medical degree (MBBS), pharmacy degree (Pharm-D), or a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Physical Therapy, along with an MBA or MPA, or completion of an Internal Audit Course is preferred. A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
