AI Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI talent acquisition specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative HR professional to drive the recruitment of top-tier candidates in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top AI talent across various roles.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless candidate journey through timely communication, employer branding initiatives, and optimized application screening processes.
- Onboarding & New Hire Integration: Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance to first-day readiness, managing employment contracts, NDAs, and company swag distribution.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement through team-building activities, knowledge-sharing sessions, and culture-building initiatives that foster collaboration and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR generalist role within a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
- Extensive experience managing high-volume recruitment and interviews across tech and non-tech roles.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms for streamlining hiring workflows, candidate tracking, and recruitment analytics.
