Your Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement Network Segmentation Technology: Ensure secure and compliant network architecture for on-prem and cloud environments.
  2. Design and Provision Network Security Policies: Implement zero-trust principles to protect our networks from cyber threats.
  3. Coordinate Activities with Other Teams: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operation of our networks.
  4. Troubleshoot Complex Network Environments: Identify and resolve complex network issues to ensure business continuity.
  5. Document High-Level and Low-Level Network Designs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network designs and procedures.
  6. Run Product Evaluation and Proof of Concepts: Evaluate emerging network technologies to improve our cybersecurity posture.
  7. Work with Product Owners to Manage the Product Backlog: Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to team objectives.
  8. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and productive meetings.
  9. Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Documentation: Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  10. Assist Cyber Network Engineering Team: Remove impediments, enhance workflows, and improve practices to deliver high-quality network solutions.
  11. Mentor Team on Agile Principles and Practices: Promote continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
  12. Communicate Updates and Reports to Stakeholders and Senior Management: Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  13. Build and Maintain KPIs for the Team and Engineering Products: Drive incident resolution and improve overall team performance.
  14. Liaise with Vendors on Product Issues: Resolve product issues including design, features, and defects.
  15. Implement Network Solutions Aligned to Organizational Standards: Meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  16. Provide Knowledge Transfer with Teammates: Share knowledge through formal team training sessions, brown bags, and mentoring.
  17. Apply Technical Expertise to Implement Efficiencies: Create strategies to better detect and respond to cyber incidents.
