We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to lead our APAC team and drive project delivery across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery across regions.
  • Align regional project management practices with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional project managers.
  • Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and professional development planning for team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks proactively.
  • Establish and maintain standards for project management excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years in Infrastructure project management, with minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with PMP certified.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
  • Experience in project management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to drive change and foster innovation.
  • Cross-cultural communication and global perspective.
  • Financial acumen and budget management.
