About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality web applications using WordPress.

  • You will work independently to create custom WordPress websites from scratch using Elementor and Divi.
  • Your ideal candidate has a solid foundation in front-end development, working knowledge of CSS for basic customizations, and experience managing plugins and troubleshooting website issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in creating responsive WordPress websites using Elementor based on finalized copy, Figma files, and client notes.
  • Select relevant imagery that aligns with the client's tone and audience.
  • Manage regular tickets, debugging, errors, etc.
  • Create high-converting landing pages in Go High Level (GHL) for campaigns, funnels, and A/B testing.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices such as proper header structure, image optimization, and page speed improvements.
  • Publish blogs using a consistent, lightly designed formatting structure.
  • Evaluate all pages for responsiveness, visual consistency, and performance.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience building websites in WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills in written English.
  • Experience working with Figma.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Go High Level.
  • Working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, or the Divi theme.
  • Understanding of on-page SEO, including header structure, image optimization, and site performance.
