As a Relationship Officer in Asset Sales, you play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals. Your expertise lies in providing personalized assistance and guidance to enhance the overall banking experience.

• Develop and implement sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by collaborating with business managers/relationship managers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ensure target achievement through genuine sales practices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Market company products and develop strategies to increase customer engagement.
• Persuade and negotiate with clients to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the five Cs of credit and disseminate product information accordingly.
• Conduct physical verifications of prospective clients and ensure timely loan repayments.
• Comply with all relevant bank policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a positive reputation.

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution with an MBA being preferred.
• At least 0-1 years' experience in a related field is advantageous.
