Job Title: Campus Support Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with the student application process. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students with filling out applications, preparing documents, and submitting applications on time. They will also be involved in office administrative activities, answering phone calls, organizing and filing documents, and providing support on projects and general tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with office administrative activities such as data entry, document scanning, and mail sorting.
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving student inquiries.
    • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Support colleagues with projects and tasks as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
