We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and provide technical leadership for our Title Production System.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java (Spring Boot) & Angular, as well as strong expertise in MS SQL Server query optimization and performance tuning. Experience with Wildfly and microservices architecture is also required.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work alongside the Solutions Architects to refine system architecture and technical roadmaps, and collaborate with other Technical Leads to ensure integration and consistency across teams.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions, guiding the team in resolving complex technical issues, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.

This position requires a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience with API development, RESTful services, and event-driven architecture. Responsibilities and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities and requirements:

  • Technical Leadership, Architecture & Development: Provide hands-on development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and clean code principles. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with the Solutions Architects to refine system architecture and technical roadmaps. Guide the team in resolving complex technical issues and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java (Spring Boot) & Angular. Strong expertise in MS SQL Server query optimization and performance tuning. Experience with Wildfly and microservices architecture. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management.
